TheBetEngine is equipped with many different criteria to enable you to generate thousands of filter combinations, all of which can be applied to a given race in real-time.
These criteria are grouped into a number of different areas:

Choose the market types you wish to bet on (win/to be placed). Filter by course type, course name, race type and race distance. |

Select whether selections are made automatically or entered manually. Determine the criteria used for ranking the horses - odds, FC odds, live trackside prices. |

| Filters | Filter by sex, age, weight, form and movement against FC odds. |
| Snapshots | Filter by steamers and drifters. |

Select the bet time and the odds used for the bets placed. Set BSP options. |
| Dutch | Enable dutch betting and set parameters around book value and ROI. |
| Results | Select the desired method of obtaining the results of the race. |
| Custom | Select and enable custom plugins. |
From the simple (for example, lay the 3rd fav in every race providing its odds are between 4.0 and 5.0) to the highly sophisticated (for example, lay the 3rd fav in every handicap race, where the odds are between 4.0 and 5.0 and the fav is odds-on, provided there are both male and female horses running in the race!), the extensive filters available in TheBetEngine make it possible to craft endless horse racing systems.
TheBetEngine currently supports horse racing in the following countries - United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, United States, South Africa and United Arab Emirates.
TheBetEngine does not support alternative place markets (TBP2, TBP3, TBP4, TBP5, etc). For place markets, only "To Be Placed" markets are supported.
