Release 2.9.6.0

[TheBetEngine]

A new version of TheBetEngine has just been released.

Betfair have recently changed their minimum staking requirements (in the UK, the minimum stake has moved from £2.00 to £1.00). To take advantage of this, and due to some changes to the Betfair API, you are strongly encouraged to update to the latest version.

To upgrade manually:

1. Close down the existing copy of TheBetEngine (if it is running).
2. Wait 1 minute (to allow all files to be saved) then reboot your machine to ensure that no errant processes are still running.
3. Download the new release from http://www.thebetengine.co.uk/downloads ... .9.6.0.exe
4. Double-click on the newly-downloaded file to start the installation (you can safely install this version on top of the existing version)


Notes
1. As this release included new race types, any systems that are filtered on race types will need to be revisited to add the types just added. Race Types are added/excluded via the Events tab.

The manual still needs to be updated to reflect the latest changes. This will be done shortly.

[TheBetEngine]

It has been reported that on some machines, TBE loses its blue colouring and reverts back to a grey(ish) interface.

If you are affected by this, please try downloading and installing the following update - https://www.thebetengine.co.uk/download ... 9.6.0A.exe

Please ensure that TBE is not running when you do the update.
