Additions
1. New setting in Setting/General to allow 2nd/3rd best odds to be used when checking the odds. Normally TBE checks the best odds available when doing the odds check - and this can be different to the odds used in the betting (if, for example, you select 2nd or 3rd for Use Odds on the Bet page). If you tick the new setting and your Use Odds setting is set to 2nd or 3rd, then THOSE odds will be used in the odds check.
Fixes
1. The tab on the first betting tab now displays corrected when it is NOT selected.
2. One-Off Selection time for dog racing is now saved correctly.
3. Test and live profit totals are no longer affected when you load in a settings file.
