A new version of TheBetEngine has just been released. Upgrading is recommended.
To update your existing version, you should follow these simple instructions:
1. Close down the existing copy of TheBetEngine (if it is running).
2. Reboot your machine to ensure that no errant processes are still running.
3. Download the new release from http://www.betdynamics.com/downloads/Th ... .6.0.9.exe
4. Double-click on the newly downloaded file to start the installation (you can safely install this version on top of the existing version)
Additions
1. "Rollover to New Day" button added. Although TBE automatically rollsover to a new day at midnight, you can click on this to rollover to the next day at an earlier time (only those markets that have been loaded by Betfair will be loaded by TBE, so don't rollover too early!)
2. New setting - "Force rollover at midnight". By default, TBE will rollover automatically at midnight unless US horse races are loaded - in which case it will rollover after the last US race. You can force TBE to rollover at midnight by ticking this new option in Settings/General.
3. When you reset the bank, TBE now prompts you to check whether you want to reset your stake as well.
4. When using bookie odds, if the bookie odds are not available, then TBE will fall back to using the on-course odds first. If the on-course odds are not available, TBE will fallback to using the Betfair odds (unless this is disabled in Settings/Live Odds)
5. When using on-course odds, if the on-course odds are not available, then TBE will fall back to using the bookie odds first. If the bookie odds are not available, TBE will fallback to using the Betfair odds (unless this is disabled in Settings/Live Odds)
6. Juvenile Hurdle added to race types (see note 1)
7. Your subscription end date is now displayed in the title bar.
Fixes
1. Selecting all runners in a race (by clicking on the blank square above the first column in the runners grid title bar) now correctly causes the associated race to become ticked in the races grid.
2. The trackside/bookie odds now correctly recognise horses that have odds flagged as "Evs" (they used to be flagged as "Evens"!)
3. The liability of a lay bet can now be correctly overidden in the selections file.
4. The FC Odds Min/Max fields (Horses/Filters tab) now accept 0 as a valid entry (allowing these entries to be cleared manually)
5. The Betfair points total and AUS wallet values are hidden if you have chosen not to display account details in Settings/General.
6. The Rank and Cond Sel fields are now correctly shown as enabled when manual selections are activated and the race grid is empty.
7. The Fibonacci staking plan now correctly sets the stake following a loss immediately following a win.
8. The % Recovery plan now correctly sets the stake if stake type is set to % Bank and Adjust for Commission is not ticked.
