Release 2.3.4.0

Version 2.3.4.0 has been released and can be downloaded from:
http://www.thebetengine.co.uk/downloads.htm
Anyone upgrading from version 2.3.3.0 need only download and install the upgrade file.
Fixes
1. E/W bets placed in TEST mode are properly recorded in the betting log.
2. Some internationalisation changes to allow TheBetEngine to work with different number formats (e.g. in Germany)
Known Issues
1. Races are not loaded correctly for users based in Sweden. The workaround is to change the Number/Date Format in Windows to be English (United Kingdom). A fix will be issued shortly
