Release 2.3.4.2

Additions
1. New setting "Disable rollover to new day" in Settings/General. Ticking this will prevent TheBetEngine from automatically loading the next day's races at midnight (or after the last race, if it is after midnight).
Fixes
1. Races now load correctly for users in Sweden.
2. Live odds now load correctly for users outside of the UK/USA/AUS.
3. Corrected an error which incorrectly loaded Betfair odds when there was only 1 active price - users outside of UK/USA/AUS only.
Changes
1. The general settings for auto-inclusion of races for automatic and manual systems has been removed from Settings/General as the functionality was replaced by the ability to control this on a system by system basis in release 2.3.3.0
The manual has been updated.
