A new version of TheBetEngine has just been released. Updating is recommended.

This new version has been uploaded to the auto-update servers, so anyone running version 2.6.6.2 or later should be automatically notified of the upgrade.

If you want to update your existing version manually, you should follow these simple instructions:

1. Close down the existing copy of TheBetEngine (if it is running).
2. Wait 1 minute (to allow all files to be saved) then reboot your machine to ensure that no errant processes are still running.
3. Download the new release from http://www.thebetengine.co.uk/downloads ... .7.0.4.exe
4. Double-click on the newly downloaded file to start the installation (you can safely install this version on top of the existing version)

1. Fixed an issue where the race type could be incorrectly overwritten under certain circumstances. This had a potential knock-on effect to live prices, as the race type is used to determine the trigger point when using live odds or the live position indicator.
