A new version of TheBetEngine has just been released.
Updates
1. Betfair have recently changed their minimum staking requirements for a number of countries (this follows on from the earlier change to staking for the UK).
2. Some additional race types have been added for UK/IRE racing.
3. A fix has been applied to address the loss of the blue colouring to the user interface experienced by some people on certain versions of Windows.
To upgrade manually:
1. Close down the existing copy of TheBetEngine (if it is running).
2. Wait 1 minute (to allow all files to be saved) then reboot your machine to ensure that no errant processes are still running.
3. Download the new release from http://www.thebetengine.co.uk/downloads ... .9.6.2.exe
4. Double-click on the newly-downloaded file to start the installation (you can safely install this version on top of the existing version)
Notes
1. As this release included new race types, any systems that are filtered on race types will need to be revisited to add the types just added. Race Types are added/excluded via the Events tab.
The manual still needs to be updated to reflect the latest changes. This will be done shortly.
