"Chelmsford City" appears as a race track in today's list of horse races.
"Chelmsford City" does not appear on the official list of supported race tracks issued by Betfair and, therefore, TBE does not recognise this particular track. As it is not a recognised track, it will not be subject to the course type/race course filters and its races will be not evaluated against the Hcap/Non-Hcap filter (although if you don't use Hcap/Non-Hcap and instead filter by individual race type, then this should be supported).
More details about the track will be sought from Betfair and the track will be added in the next release of TBE.

Manual updates have been made to our servers to allow some filtering to take place.
If required, you can update your course/horse data by following these steps:
1. Stop TBE.
2. Go to the C:\BetDynamics\TheBetEngine\Info folder
3. Delete the Courses_20150111.csv file
4. Delete the Races_20150111.csv file
5. Delete the Horses_20150111.csv file
6. Restart TBE
If required, you can update your course/horse data by following these steps:
1. Stop TBE.
2. Go to the C:\BetDynamics\TheBetEngine\Info folder
3. Delete the Courses_20150111.csv file
4. Delete the Races_20150111.csv file
5. Delete the Horses_20150111.csv file
6. Restart TBE
