In addition to Storm Doris causing real-world issues (abandonment of racing at Huntingdon, for example), it seems Betfair have had their share of issues today:
Markets not going InPlay correctly (for example, most races at Thurles today, plus some at Meydan)
Markets not being settled for ages (for example, 14:20 Chelmsford City didn't settle until 14:56 !!)
For anyone running recovery-based staking plans, the inability to settle markets will have had a major knock-on effect.
