Betfair have just announced that they incorrectly created their horse racing markets this morning (they were created without reduction factors) so they have had to recreate the markets. Any bets already placed will have been voided.
As the state of the markets loaded into TBE will be unknown, you are advised to restart TBE so that the new Betfair horse racing markets can be loaded.
