18/08/12 - Data Centre Issues

There appears to be a problem at the data centre that houses the authentication servers.

If you get a message saying "You do not have a current subscription to TheBetEngine" when you attempt to log in, the please hold down the CTRL key whilst you click the Login button (and keep it down until the "Loading Betting Systems" message appears).

Unfortunately the problem continues.

It seems that an air conditioning unit has failed. Despite being fixed once, it has failed again - preventing them from bringing the servers back online.

I'll post something up when the servers are back up and running.

The air conditioning has been repaired and the data centre is beginning to bring the systems back up.

The systems are expected to be online by about 1am (providing they don't hit any more problems).
