Betfair Results Service (1st April 2012)

There are severe problems with the Betfair Results Service with it either not responding in a timely manner or not responding at all. This has been reported to Betfair.
Unfortunately this means that TBE cannot get the results for either the dogs or the horses (although AUS/NZ races remain unaffected).
If you are operating in LIVE mode, then switch your results to Settled Market and you will still be able to get the results of your bets.
If you are operating in TEST mode, then I'm afraid that there is no workaround. For horse racing, TBE will be able to get most of the results by looking at the Last Matched Odds on the market, but this does not work for dog races.
I apologise for the inconvenience, but I'm afraid the problem is outside of TheBetEngine's control.
