Live Odds

Just discovered that Sporting Life have slightly changed the format of the live odds.
Horses that are trading at Evens used to be reported with the text "Evens" but now Sporting Life is returning "Evs". TBE does not recognise "Evs" and therefore returns live odds of zero (when it should return 2.0)
I'll issue a fix as soon as possible.
