Betfair initially settled this market with Bubbly Bailey as the winner.
They then subsequently re-settled the market after a steward's enquiry where Bubbly Bailey was demoted to second place.
It is quite unusual for Betfair to settle a market and then re-settle it (they normally wait for the outcome of any enquiries before settling) but, unfortunately for us, it means that TBE will have settled on the wrong result which means that the P/L for that race will be incorrect and subsequent staking may also be wrong.
There is nothing that TBE can do when a market is settled incorrectly by Betfair.
