It seems that we had a data centre issue overnight which meant that early risers would not have been able to load the course information for today.

The problem seems to have been fixed at about 07:30.

If you started TBE before 07:30 then please restart it so that the course information and race classes can be downloaded.

At this point I'm not sure if the horse data has been affected, but we will be checking this in due course.

Seems that the data centre outage also caused the race class data to be corrupted.

Unfortunately this wasn't detected until late this afternoon, but it has now been corrected.

If you go to the Filters tab, the Load Status will probably be showing Not Loaded (in red). If you click on the Not Loaded message, then TBE will attempt to re-download the data and (hopefully) you will get a Loaded message (in green).
