As of around 11am there appears to be a problem at the data centre which is preventing access to the authentication servers.
If you are attempting to log in and you receive an error message, please try the following:
Hold down the CTRL key whilst you click on the Login button, and keep holding it down until the "Loading Betting Systems" message appears.
Update - the problem appears to have been resolved around 11:30am - however, follow the instructions above if you still have issues.
