Version 2.6.5.0 and BSP betting

It looks like version 2.6.5.0 has a bug which prevents BSP bets from being placed with a commentary message of "No odds available on the market".
I have implemented a fix and will test it today, so there should (hopefully) be a new release (v2.6.5.1) later tonight (3rd October 2013)
