Betfair Issues - 13th March 2015

Betfair are experiencing some difficulties this afternoon which is affecting both their web site and the API.
As I understand it, the problems are affecting the loading of markets. Betfair are working on the issue and hope to stabilise things, although I have been told to expect further potential issues for the rest of the day.
