Betfair Issues - 17th March

Despite some actions being taken by Betfair yesterday afternoon, it appears that they have still not managed to sort out the current problems with the API.
As of this morning, the API is still timing out on a regular basis (it is not responding to all request messages in a timely fashion).
Caution is advised once again.
