Course Data - 12th May 2015

There was an overnight problem with the data feed containing the course data for today.

The problem was rectified at 07:20 this morning.

If your copy of TBE is showing a red CD indicator in the status bar, then you will need to restart TBE in order for it to load the appropriate course characteristics.

At the moment we don't know why the course feed is failing as the horse data, which comes from the same source, continues to be downloaded correctly. Our investigations will continue today.

Unfortunately there is a database problem which is preventing access to the detailed horse information for today.

This data will, therefore, not be available until I can resolve the issue with the data centre support team.
