It looks like the course data (used for filtering races by course type) did not successfully load onto the servers last night. To see if you are affected, look at the status bar. If there is a red CD indicator showing then you will need to reload the data.

To reload, please follow these instructions:

1. Click on the Settings menu, select the Diagnostics tab and click on the Clear Today's Info Files button.
2. Click on Save
3. Restart TBE.

After you have restarted TBE, the red CD indicator should no longer be present in the status bar.

Further to this, it appears that Stratford data was not supplied and therefore it did not get loaded up to the database when the database was reloaded.

This has now been corrected (as of 12:45).

If you rely on course filtering for your systems, you are advised to follow the instructions in the earlier post. Note - if you did this before 12:45 you will need to do it again in order to load up the Stratford data.
