Horse Data (21st November 2015)

There appears to be an issue at the data centre that is preventing access to the horse data for today. As a consequence, TBE may be displaying a red HD indicator in the status bar.
This problem will affect any systems that use live odds or horse filters as the data will not be available.
We are working on the issue and will update this thread as soon as we have more information.

Initial investigations have shown that this problem may have started yesterday meaning that only a partial list of horses was available to TBE yesterday afternoon.
This problem should now have been resolved.
If your copy of TBE is displaying an HD indicator in the status bar, then go to the Filters tab in the Betting Criteria area and click on the red Not Loaded label. This should force a reload of the horse data and the label should change to a Loaded message. The HD indicator should then disappear.

If the HD indicator persists after clicking on the Not Loaded label (on the Bet tab), then you should take the following actions:
1. Click on the Settings menu.
2. Go to the Diagnostics tab and click on Clear Today's Info Files
3. Restart TBE
This will force a complete reload of the day's data.
