Changes to US racing from 1st December 2015

On the 1st December, Betfair are changing the way that Place markets are coded for racing in the USA.
As a result, TBE will no longer be able to pick-up place markets for US markets.
I will be looking at whether it is possible to adjust TBE to cater for the new market definitions but it is unlikely that a quick change will be possible
