It looks like Tagadab (the hosting company that houses the servers used by TBE) is currently unreachable and, as a result, no logins are able to be processed at present.
Hopefully, this will be resolved shortly.
In the meantime, if you need to log in to TBE, please follow the workaround listed at https://betdynamics.uservoice.com/knowl ... hebetengin
