Betfair - Removal of AUS Exchange (19th December 2016)

I have just heard from Betfair that they are completely removing the AUS Exchange on the 19th December.
AUS markets will continue to be available but will be served purely from the UK Exchange. This is the final step of the work that Betfair carried out earlier in the year when they removed the AUS wallet functionality.
For API users, this is going to force a mandated change as all bots will no longer be able to make any calls to the AUS Exchange.
Although TBE has not used the AUS Exchange since version 2.9.2.0, there are still a number of users who have not updated. Next week, a new version of TBE will be released (version 2.9.2.2). You will need to update to this version in order to continue using TBE.
