It looks like we have had a data failure overnight and we have only received partial data from our supplier. We are currently in contact with the data supplier and working to get the data uploaded as soon as possible.

The issue means that we are missing course, race and horse data for most meetings today. This means that event filters (like Hcap/Non-Hcap) and horse filters (like C/D/CD/BF flags) will not currently operate correctly. If you are reliant upon this data, you are advised to suspend your betting until the data has been uploaded and further instructions provided.

I'll update the thread as soon as I have more information.

The data supplier is still trying to sort out the issue.

In the meantime, we have manually created a set of data from backup sources. If the main issue has not been sorted, we will upload the hand-crafted data at around noon.

It doesn't look like the data supplier is going to be able to supply the missing data before the start of racing, so we have uploaded some hand-crafted data to the server.

Unfortunately, Going data will not be available.

To ensure you have the latest data, please do the following:

1. Click on the Settings menu, go to the Diagnostics tab, then click on the Clear Today's Info button. Then click on Save.
2. Restart TBE

Once again, apologies for the inconvenience.

The official data from the data supplier has now been uploaded to the servers.

If you wish to force a reload of the data, then you can do so by:

1. Clicking on the Settings menu, go to the Diagnostics tab, then click on the Clear Today's Info button. Then click on Save.
2. Restarting TBE
