Betfair Issues (20th March 2019)

Looks like Betfair are having some technical difficulties.
There was an outage this morning and then things seemed to stabilise. Now the first UK race of the day failed to go InPlay and the Exchange is a bit ropey.
As I type this, they are just reporting a major outage.
