The data centre is currently experiencing an outage which means that we are not able to receive or process any course, race or horse data at the moment.

This affects things like course type, handicap/non-handicap status, going and horse flag data.

If you are affected you will notice red CD, RD and possibly HD indicators in the TBE status bar.

Hopefully, this will be fixed overnight and we can get the data loaded in the morning.

I'll update the thread as and when I have some more information.

The data centre outage is over and we have managed to load up all of today's data.

If your copy of TBE is showing a red CD or RD indicator (or both), then you should restart TBE to force a download of the new course/race data.
