Lots of missing place markets at midnight - so you are advised to reload today's races by clicking on the Reload Today's Races button.
Given that this seems to be an ongoing Betfair operational issue, I will look at building some kind of automatic reload into TBE about 1 hour before the start of racing. I'll post a message onto the forum when a new version of TBE is available.
