To Be Placed markets (2nd August 2023)

Looks like Betfair were fiddling around with the To Be Placed markets this morning (for some the description has changed from To Be Placed to 3 To Be Placed or Top 3, etc). Not all of the markets were available first thing this morning - so depending on when you started up TBE, you may not have all of the place markets available to you.
If you loaded up TBE before 10am, then I would strongly recommend that you restart the bot so that a new set of markets can be loaded.
