Dutch the 1st and 2nd favourites to return a minimum 10% ROI

SCENARIO: Dutch the 1st/2nd favs to return a minimum 10% ROI

1. CLICK ON RESET ALL (to reset all parameters to their default values)
2. On the Favs tab, tick Allow Multiple, then tick the 1st and 2nd Fav checkboxes.
3. On the Bet tab, tick the Group checkbox.
4. On the Dutch tab, tick Enable Dutch Betting.
5. On the Dutch tab, set the Min ROI to 10.0
