Place a back bet on the favourite in selected races only

THIS IS A SAMPLE SCENARIO AND IS NOT INTENDED TO BE USED AS A BONA-FIDE SYSTEM

Please refer to viewtopic.php?f=31&t=465 for general advice on setting up a new system in TheBetEngine. This example concentrates on specifying the low-level details and does not touch on the high-level details/staking.

SCENARIO: Place a back bet on the favourite in selected races only

1. CLICK ON RESET ALL (to reset all parameters to their default values)
2. On the Ranking tab, tick Clear Fav
3. On the Favs tab, tick 1st Fav

Now, you need to select only the races you want to bet on in the Race grid.

4. First deselect all races in the Race grid, by clicking in the blank space (in the title bar) above the left hand checkboxes - this toggles between deselecting and selecting all races.
5. Tick only the races that you want to bet on.

To make life easier, you can also:

6. On the General/Auto-Include tab, set the Auto-Include Races to None

The next time TBE is loaded, none of the races on that betting tab will be selected and therefore you can easily select the ones you want to bet on.
