Place lay bets on 2nd/3rd favs in UK/IRE horse races

SCENARIO: Place lay bets on 2nd/3rd favs in UK/IRE horse races

1. CLICK ON RESET ALL (to reset all parameters to their default values)
2. Set the Bet Type to LAY (right hand side of the betting tab)
3. On the Events tab, tick UK and IRE, then click on the Reload Races button.
4. On the Favs tab, tick Allow Multiple, then tick the 2nd and 3rd Fav checkboxes.
