Dutch dogs in traps 1 to 3 for a fixed profit with recovery

THIS IS A SAMPLE SCENARIO AND IS NOT INTENDED TO BE USED AS A BONA-FIDE SYSTEM
Please refer to viewtopic.php?f=31&t=465 for general advice on setting up a new system in TheBetEngine. This example concentrates on specifying the low-level details.
SCENARIO: Dutch dogs in traps 1-3 for a fixed profit with recovery staking
Criteria
1. CLICK ON RESET ALL (to reset all parameters to their default values)
2. Under the race grid, untick horse racing and tick greyhound racing
3. On the Events tab, click on Reload Races
4. On the Ranking tab, set the Selection Type to Auto
5. On the Ranking tab, set the Auto Sub-Type to Trap
6. On the Ranking tab, in the Traps section, tick Allow Multiple, then tick 1, 2 and 3
7. On the Bet tab, tick Group
8. On the Dutch tab, tick Enable Dutch Betting
9. On the Dutch tab, set the Dutch Type to Profit
Staking
1. In the Staking area, select % Recovery from the dropdown box
2. Click on Configure, scroll down to find the settings for the % Recovery plan and enter the following:
a. Set Type to Profit
b. Enter the desired profit value
c. Set Recovery % to 100
d. Set Recover Over to 1
e. Set Max Cycles to X (where X equals the maximum no. of consecutive losses you are prepared to accept MINUS 1)
f. Tick Add Recovery To Default
g. Untick Profit Per Race
Notes:
1. The stakes used/profit generated by a dutch are very variable and depend on the odds of the selections in the dutch. If the odds are not favourable then the stakes can become enormous. You might like to consider setting the Min ROI in the Dutch tab in order to prevent placing bets where the return on the dutch is too low.
2. You should consider changing the Max Multiplier value to allow bigger stakes (please refer to the manual for more details)
3. You should consider setting the Min Odds for a selection via the Criteria tab (lower odds can lead to much bigger stakes!)
4. Make sure you try this out in TEST mode first
