Just seen this message posted by Betfair;

Due to planned maintenance the Betfair Exchange will be unavailable from Wednesday 27th 2300 GMT - Thursday 28th 0230 GMT. During this time both the API and Betfair website will be unavailable.

You are advised to restart TBE after the maintenance has been completed to ensure that it can pick up the day's markets. [If TBE is left to rollover automatically then no markets will be loaded]
