Betfair are experiencing some internal server issues which is preventing them from accessing the Internet. All InPlay markets have been suspended as well as other markets that are currently awaiting results.
TBE may be stuck waiting for these results to be posted - there is nothing you can do but wait (or restart TBE if you so desire).

Betfair have just posted that there problems have been cleared, so we should (hopefully) see the results/markets begin to return to normal.
