Place a manual back bet on a UK horse race

SCENARIO: Place a manual back bet on a UK horse race

1. CLICK ON RESET ALL (to reset all parameters to their default values)
2. On the Ranking tab, set the Selection Type to Manual (this will activate the runners grid)
3. Select the desired race on the race grid - the runners for that race will now appear in the runners grid.
4. On the runners grid, select the desired horse by ticking the left hand checkbox (to the left of the horse's name)
