Betfair Account Management Issues - 24/25th July

There has been a failure of a critical server at Betfair which is preventing administration of user accounts that use third party applications.

As such, we are currently unable to either view or administer any existing TBE accounts - so we cannot currently extend any existing subscriptions even if your PayPal payment has gone through successfully.

Affected account are automatically suspended at 00:00 GMT.

Betfair are currently working on the issue.

As soon as the server is back online, we will bring any suspended accounts back online as quickly as possible.

We apologise for the inconvenience to affected users and will get you up and running again as soon as we can.
