Place a lay bet on the BSP fav when it reaches certain odds inplay

SCENARIO: Place a lay bet on the BSP fav when it reaches certain odds in-play

1. CLICK ON RESET ALL (to reset all parameters to their default values)
2. Set the Bet Type to LAY (right-hand side of the betting tab)
3. On the Ranking tab, tick Use BSP
4. On the Criteria tab, set the Max Odds to the desired trigger odds.
5. On the Criteria tab, tick Enable InPlay
