Looks like Betfair are having some issues this morning.
This seems to affect market loading - sometimes the races are present, sometimes they are not. Betfair are currently investigating.
[This seems to be a repeat of yesterday's issue with Betfair Australia, although it appears to be affecting Betfair UK today!]
