Course/Race/Horse Data (2nd October 2015)

The servers at the data centre appear to have been rebooted overnight and this has prevented today's course, race and horse data from being uploaded successfully. This has been corrected and the data was available from 07:40 this morning.

To see if you are affected, look at the status bar. If there is a red RD or CD indicator showing then you will need to reload the data.

To reload, please follow these instructions:

1. Click on the Settings menu, select the Diagnostics tab and click on the Clear Today's Info Files button.
2. Click on Save
3. Restart TBE.

After you have restarted TBE, the red indicators should no longer be present in the status bar.
