The following message has just been posted by Betfair:
Due to planned maintenance on the 17th February the API and all Betfair products will be unavailable from 02:00 – 10:00 GMT.
As the API will not be available, TBE will be unable to operate. You are, therefore, advised to turn off TBE before the outage and only turn it on again once the outage has been completed.

Lots and lots of network issues today
