[TheBetEngine]

A new version of TheBetEngine has just been released. Updating is recommended.

To update manually, you should follow these simple instructions:

1. Close down the existing copy of TheBetEngine (if it is running).
2. Wait 1 minute (to allow all files to be saved) then reboot your machine to ensure that no errant processes are still running.
3. Download the new release from http://www.thebetengine.co.uk/downloads ... .9.1.7.exe
4. Double-click on the newly downloaded file to start the installation (you can safely install this version on top of the existing version)

Fixes
1. Fixed the problem where recovery staking was not waiting for results in the place market before placing the next bet.

[TheBetEngine]

A problem has been reported where bets are not settled correctly and p/l not reported if the mode of the bot is switched from LIVE to TEST - but ONLY if the switch is done between the Inferred Winner being reported and the market being settled.

This will be fixed in the next release.

[TheBetEngine]

A problem has been reported where abandoned races are causing TBE to get "stuck" waiting for a race result to arrive.

This appears to be due to a change in the way that Betfair are closing the markets - in an abandoned race, it appears that they now remove all of the runners before closing the market.

A workaround/fix is currently being investigated.

[TheBetEngine]

Changes to the feed that contains details of the current going for each race course means that the going filter (General/Advanced tab) no longer works.

This will be fixed in the next release.
