Release 2.9.2.6

[TheBetEngine]

A new version of TheBetEngine has just been released. Updating is recommended.

To update manually, you should follow these simple instructions:

1. Close down the existing copy of TheBetEngine (if it is running).
2. Wait 1 minute (to allow all files to be saved) then reboot your machine to ensure that no errant processes are still running.
3. Download the new release from http://www.thebetengine.co.uk/downloads ... .9.2.6.exe
4. Double-click on the newly downloaded file to start the installation (you can safely install this version on top of the existing version)

Changes
1. The live position indicator (i.e. race status) is now derived from Betfair and not Sporting Life. In addition, it is now activated ONLY if you have Use LP ticked on the Bet tab.

Additions
1. Added 'Rest' and 'N/G' to the possible AUS greyhound race types.
2. Added 'Grade 1 Novice Chase', 'Grade 1 Novice Hurdle', 'Grade 2 Novice Chase', 'Grade 2 Novice Hurdle', 'Grade 3 Novice Chase' and 'Grade 3 Novice Hurdle' to the possible UK/IRE horse race types.
3. Added 'Stakes NHF' to the possible Uk/IRE horse race types.

Fixes
1. Fixed an error with Ratchet (Maria) staking on greyhound races.
2. Fixed the retrieval of live trackside prices, live bookie prices and FC odds caused by changes to the Sporting Life website.

Please note - the manual has not yet been updated and will be updated in the next couple of days.

Looks like the changes made for live odds have introduced an issue around the calculation of Clear Favs. This is currently being investigated and a fix will be issued as soon as possible.

A temporary beta release has been made available with a fix for this issue - you can download it from:
