Betfair Issues - 4th July 2017
Looks like there are some issues at Betfair and the API is playing up as a result.
Whilst the API is non-functional, TBE will not be able to operate. Here's hoping they fix things before the start of racing!

Betfair site and API came back up just before 14:30.
