It looks like the race data for today had some errors in it, affecting races after 16:23 today. For example, handicap races were not being correctly flagged.
I have patched the data and re-uploaded the data to the server.
To resolve the issue, you need to:
1. In TBE, click on the Settings menu, go to the Diagnostics tab, and click on Clear Today's Info Files.
2. Restart TBE
You only need to do this if you filter races on things like Handicap/Non-Handicap status.
