UPGRADING IS RECOMMENDED

A new version of TheBetEngine has been released.

To update your existing version, you should follow these simple instructions:

1. Close down the existing copy of TheBetEngine (if it is running).
2. Download the new release from http://www.betdynamics.com/downloads/Th ... .5.2.1.exe
3. Double-click on the newly downloaded file to start the installation (you can safely install this version on top of the existing version)

If the installation throws any kind of error, then reboot your machine and attempt the installation once more.

Fixes
1. P/L and Corrected Winner displays are now displayed in colour again (I have reverted back to the old user interface libraries whilst I await an update to the new libraries)
2. Ranking by matched amounts caused an internal error and aborted the processing of the market. This has been corrected.
3. URLs for trackside odds are correctly cleared down and reloaded when TBE automatically rolls over to a new day.

Changes
1. Updates to internal email routines in order to continue to send debug files.

Due to an attempt to hack my email account, I have had to change the security settings. This has necessitated a change to TBE to allow it to continue to access the required account.

You will need to update to this version in order to send diagnostic data as old versions will no longer be able to send emails successfully.

Note
Further changes may be necessary as the Sporting Life are still rolling out changes to their site so more releases of TBE may be required in the coming days/weeks.

There are two conditions that cause this commentary:

1. You are trying to bet with a stake/liability greater than your available bank (most notably, this happens when a virtual bank is in operation and contains little money)

or

2. You are attempting to place a BSP bet at a stake/liability below the Betfair minimum. In this case, TBE checks the BSP options (on the Bet tab) to determine what to do (i.e. discard the bet or adjust it to the minimum)
